Quick and easy send your digital files to A1Retouching using the free service WeTransfer.com. An app is also available should you have high resolution pictures on your smart phone. If you prefer an FTP option please contact me.

Option 1: Use the free service "WeTransfer"

You can transfer up to 2 GB for free!!

Sending your image files attached to an email? I do not have any limit restriction regarding email attachments. That might be different with your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Best practice is to .zip one or more files to reduce the file size (on Windows PCs use '7-ZIP', 'WinZIP' or 'WinRAR') and transfer the .zip file using the below mentioned free WeTransfer option.

Step - 1

Sending your files is simple. Drag & drop files (.zip them first) right on "Add your files" or select the blue circle to add files.
Enter @-address as shown below and then your own @-address, type a message and hit Transfer.

Wait for the transfer to finish, don't close the window until you see the "Your're done!" message shown in 'Step - 3'.
Transfer time will depend on the size of the file(s) you're sending and the speed of your ISP.

Once this message appears it's safe for you to close the window or the app.
I will receive an email with a download link to your file(s).
Once downloaded you will receive an email confirmation.

Option 2: File Transfer Protocol (FTP)

I also offer sharing files via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). Use your favorite FTP software or select one of the following:

Option 3: Meeting in person

If you chose we can also meet in person.
You chose a location for example a local coffee shop.
I am willing to meet you in the greater Rochester area without charging you.
Handing over for example old original photos or slides in person is way to ensure they will be safe, handled with care & respect.
You could also send anything via the regular mail but always risk occasional damage or even loss.
